Beautiful Mexican art work throughout. Timed and motion lighting in the gardens. Weather is mostly great in Arroyo Grande, individual and overhead fans available. 3 flat screen televisions (living area has a 50” TV) Disney Plus, Roku, Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max.and Wi-Fi.

Enjoy the house with private patio, entrance and garden. Help yourself to all food and condiments provided. Extral bottled water is available in the garage. We sometimes stay in a separate apartment above the garage on the same property. Then we are available to greet you and answer any questions that you may have in person. We can assure your privacy and that you will be the only ones with access to the home during your stay. In the event that we are not available, the guest book lists our property manager and close friends that live nearby who can assist you with whatever you may need.

Also, due to the hard stone flooring and glass tables throughout, we feel it is not a suitable environment for very young visitors. Use your discretion.
